The top can be easily replaced with the Velcro fastener and in no time at all you have a different colour. Cleaning is also made much easier by this great option.

But that's not all! We have worked intensively on the heart of the pad - the padding - in order to optimally protect your horse's back.

This innovative upholstery is made up of three layers, each with a very special and specially selected feature.

The bottom layer (towards the horse's back): This is a soft, cuddly layer – so that it is comfortable for the horse to wear. It adapts well to the horse's back and gives information that goes from the back to the rider well. This layer has a strong restorative property (i.e. it returns to its original shape relatively quickly after exposure to the "load").

The safety layer is the protective layer for the horse's back, it has a weight-distributing property. This material is located in the middle. The material is relatively stable and thus prevents pressure peaks (whether from the saddle or from the rider) from being passed on to the horse's back at certain points. It ensures that the pressure is distributed over a large area on the horse's back. This layer is the protective layer and prevents punctual pressure points and thus ensures that the horse's back is protected as well as possible against unwanted influences.

The top layer is a type of memo foam with extremely high shock absorption. This ensures that pressure peaks and shocks coming from the rider/saddle are absorbed in this layer, swallowed and not passed on to the horse. This protects the back optimally against impacts.

For the underside, we have chosen wool felt to take advantage of the excellent properties of this material as well. As a result, the Swappiepad absorbs a lot of moisture, has a temperature-regulating effect, provides even more shock absorption and adapts to the horse's back over time.
